About Alice

Alice is a nervous system - led coach and breathwork practitioner based in Warwickshire, supporting high-achieving women who are outwardly successful but internally stretched thin. Her work helps women step out of chronic stress and survival mode, and into a calmer, steadier way of living and leading.

Her journey into this work began during a period of deep exhaustion, a time when life looked “together” on the outside, but felt unsustainable underneath. Like many of the women she now supports, Alice realised she had learned how to cope, but not how to truly rest. Through conscious breathwork, meditation, holistic coaching, and deep inner work, she experienced firsthand how powerful nervous system regulation can be in restoring clarity, energy, and self-trust.

Today, Alice works with women privately and in groups, both online and in person, using her signature B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Method™ to create structured, embodied change. Her sessions are grounded, practical, and deeply human - offering women a space to slow down, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness that supports real life, not escapes from it.

When she’s not working with clients, Alice can usually be found out walking with her dog, Arthur - a daily ritual that keeps her grounded and present. These moments in nature reflect the same philosophy that underpins her work: that calm, clarity, and connection are not things to strive for, but states we can return to when the nervous system feels safe.

At the heart of Alice’s work is a simple intention…. to help women build resilience, clarity, and inner strength so they can live and lead in a way that feels sustainable, aligned, and true to who they are.
