Booking Terms and Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made with Breathe With Alice (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a booking through our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A booking is only valid once you receive a confirmation email from us.

  • You must provide accurate details when making a booking.

2. Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment provider.

  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

3. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

  • If you book online or by phone, you normally have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase under UK consumer law.

  • However, if your class is due to take place within this 14-day period, you will be asked to give your express consent to waive this right so that your booking can be confirmed.

  • If you choose not to waive this right, we may not be able to confirm your booking until after the 14-day period has expired.

4. Cancellations by You

If you wish to cancel your booking after the cooling-off period (or where the cooling-off right has been waived):

  • More than 14 days before the scheduled session – full refund.

  • Between 14–7 days before the scheduled session – 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days before the class, or failure to attend – no refund.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Block Bookings (e.g. 8-week courses):

  • When you book a block of classes, you are reserving a place for the full course.

  • If you cancel before the course begins, our standard cancellation terms apply (see above).

  • If you cancel after the course has started, no refunds will normally be given for unattended or remaining sessions.

  • If you book online/phone and exercise your 14-day cooling-off right after the course has started, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the course, and retain payment for sessions already attended.

  • Missed sessions cannot normally be rescheduled. At our discretion, we may allow you to attend an alternative class or future block, subject to availability.

5. Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days before the session.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • An administration fee may apply for late changes.

6. Cancellations by Us

In the rare event we must cancel (e.g. due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), we will:

  • Offer you a rescheduled date, or

  • Provide a full refund.

We are not responsible for indirect costs you may incur (such as travel or accommodation).

7. Delivery of Services

  • In-person classes: you must arrive on time and comply with any health & safety instructions.

  • Online/virtual classes: you are responsible for ensuring you have suitable internet access and equipment. We are not liable for issues caused by your connection or device.

Once a class has been fully delivered, you will not be entitled to a refund.

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided in line with sections 3–6 above.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

  • We cannot refund for classes already attended or partially attended.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking.

  • Arrive on time (in person) or log in promptly (online).

  • Ensure you are medically fit to participate. If unsure, please consult a healthcare professional before joining.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe or inappropriate.

10. Liability

  • We will deliver our classes with reasonable care and skill.

  • Our liability is limited to the price paid for the booking.

  • We are not responsible for personal expenses, indirect losses, or issues arising from your internet/device for online sessions.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
