This intimate winter circle blends ceremonial cacao with breathwork - a gentle yet powerful practice to support nervous system regulation, clarity, and inner safety.
Together, we’ll:
• Ground into the slower rhythm of winter
• Explore what seeds you’re ready to nurture - without pressure or force
• Use breath to reconnect to your body, intuition, and inner calm
• Create space for intentional beginnings that feel safe, held, and sustainable
This is not about fixing yourself or setting rigid goals.
It’s about meeting yourself where you are, and allowing what’s meant to grow to do so in its own time.
We’ll close the circle slowly with light refreshments and warming herbal teas, giving you space to integrate, reflect, and land before returning to the world.
Limited to six women to keep the space deeply held and personal.
