It’s the point where light slowly returns, energy begins to warm, and life quietly prepares to move again. Not through force or urgency, but through gentle awakening.
This 90-minute online breathwork, meditation and theta healing journey is designed to honour that exact phase - supporting your nervous system and subconscious as you transition from deep winter into early activation.
We’ll begin by settling the body and mind into a theta state, allowing old patterns, energetic residue, and subconscious blocks to soften and release. From here, we’ll move into a conscious connected breathwork journey, gently activating clarity, inner warmth, and self-trust - without pressure to “set intentions” or rush forward.
This is not a taster session.
It’s a deliberately held space for those who value depth, presence, and commitment.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clearer, and more connected to what’s ready to emerge - even if you don’t yet have all the answers.
